Free Medical Equipment and Assistive Technology in Massachusetts
REquipment is a Massachusetts nonprofit that coordinates a statewide equipment reuse program. Massachusetts residents of all ages can request available gently used durable home medical equipment and assistive technology at no cost.
No prescription is required.
You do not need to prove that insurance will not cover the device.
Available equipment may include wheelchairs, rollator walkers, shower chairs, gait trainers, standing frames, AAC devices, alerting devices, and more.

REquipment operates the MassMATCH durable medical equipment and assistive technology reuse program in Massachusetts.
Donation Update
REquipment is currently unable to accept most durable medical equipment donations because of limited storage space.
Portable ramps, like-new power scooters, and like-new power wheelchairs may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Assistive technology donations are still welcome.
